Message	A stock VH45DE with the Q45s luxury biased tuning yields 340hp. A good intake and exhaust setup should get you to at least 380. Slap a turbo on each side, run 8psi or so and you should be in the 400rwhp range with little to no lag. I really wouldn't recommend it unless you had a small shop in your garage though. Paying people for this sort of thing just costs too much. If you are looking for cheap, easy power just stick with the twin turbo VG.
